This policy applies to every JD Yuversity training program, in person and online. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Physical products from the shop are covered separately by our Shipping & Returns policy.
Your place is confirmed when we receive the deposit. The remaining balance is due before the program starts. Places are limited, never more than twenty practitioners per cohort, and are allocated in the order deposits are confirmed.
The deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable. If you cannot attend, your deposit moves to the next edition of the same program and keeps its full value.

You may also pass your place to another practitioner who meets the entry requirements, at no cost, by telling us the name and email at least 48 hours before the program starts.
You choose, and you cannot lose money. If we cancel a program or change its dates, you may take a full refund of everything you have paid, including the deposit, or move the whole amount to another edition. There is no time limit on that choice and no administrative charge.
We will tell you as soon as the decision is made, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
We do not cover travel or accommodation. Please do not book non-refundable travel until we have confirmed the cohort is running.
Online access is personal and non-transferable. Because the material is available immediately on purchase, online enrolments are final once you have opened the course. If you have not accessed any material, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
If we withdraw a course you have paid for, you keep access for the period you paid for, or you get a proportional refund, whichever you prefer.
Our programs are professional training for licensed practitioners. If it turns out you do not meet the entry requirements of a program, we will tell you before it starts and refund everything you have paid in full, including the deposit.
