These Terms of Service govern purchases made on jdyuversityusa.com, operated by JD Yuversity ("JeuDerm USA", "JD Yuversity", "we"). They cover both the JeuDerm shop and our training programs, in person and online. By placing an order or enrolling in a program you accept these terms.
JeuDerm home-care products are cosmetic products for personal use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this site is not medical advice — consult a qualified professional for skin conditions.
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.
An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order in case of stock errors, pricing errors or suspected fraud — in that case you will receive a full refund.
See our Shipping & Returns policy. In summary: USA delivery in 3–5 business days, free standard shipping on orders over $300, and returns accepted within 30 days for unopened products.
Who may enrol. Our programs are professional training for licensed practitioners. You are responsible for holding the licence your jurisdiction requires to perform the techniques taught, and for practising within it.
Certification. Completing a program earns a certificate of attendance and competence endorsed by the issuing bodies stated on the program page. It is not a medical licence and does not by itself authorise you to practise.
Deposits and places. A place is confirmed when the deposit is received. The balance is due before the program starts. Places are limited and allocated in order of confirmed deposit.
Cancellations and changes. Governed by our Course Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Online courses. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or redistributing course material ends access without refund.
All content on this site (brand, images, texts) belongs to JeuDerm / JD Yuversity or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Always read product labels and perform a patch test before first use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
