Data Deletion

You can ask us at any time to delete the information we hold about you, including the conversations you had with us through the chat on this website, Instagram, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.

How to request deletion

• Write to info@jdyuversityusa.com with the subject Data deletion request.
• Tell us where you wrote to us (website chat, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp) and how we can find you: your Instagram or Facebook username, the phone number you used on WhatsApp, or the email you gave us.
• We never ask for passwords, card details or identity documents to process your request.

What happens next

• We confirm by email that we received your request.
• Within 30 days we delete your conversations and contact details from our customer service inbox and from our records, and we confirm it by email.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as order and invoice records for tax purposes. We tell you if that applies to you.
• Messages also stay on the platform you used (Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp) under that platform's own policy. You can delete them there from your account.
